I bought a credit for the first time and I don't know why but instead of giving me a credit it just appied it to license level and as much as I could maby use that in the furture it has no value to me know and anyways that is not what I intended the credit to be applied to I actualy wanted it for my cat house or drug cell is there anyway you can fix this problem please?

theres nothing you can do about that now ..i'd suggest that you get another credit and be more careful next time :)
