I wanting to buy licenses but, i dont how many there are and i would appreciate if someone could tell me how many there are.

Better vehicles require higher licenses. Go look at the choice of vehicle in a Tech 5 city (all Earth vehicles will be available). Have a look at what license is required to purchase the vehicle.
eg. if you want to purchase the Boeing 747, you require 4 licenses. You already have 1 when you start the game. So you need to buy 3 more.
But remember, there is no point buying TOO many licenses if you don't have the game MONEY to buy the vehicle.
Then go buy the appropriate number of licenses.

In space there are ships which require license levels of 1000!!! and quite a few people have these! They must have money to just Throw away!!

i seen a few players in the top ranking with 1001 license. they must just be showing off.

well. i've seen player with 2500 license level!!!! how much time did they play?? i think years... how did they make all that money??

but if you are in space you can get money to through away!!! think, only a shock frozen corp (a tipe of space drug) cost more than 1.000.000!!! it's impossible!!! if you sell 1000 kg of them you can earn milliard!!! for this reason other players says that space is more exiciting i think... :-D :-D :-D
