where is the best place to put a cathouse? where does it cost the least?

If you like to build up a cathouse/brothel the best place to found your new business is a city with a high population-the bitches have more work and do earn more! The costs for a new brothel are depending on the techlevel of the city. the higher the techlevel the higher are the costs.

And always keep in mind that the brothel will earn more less if there are lots of brothels in the same city.

Best to do is to get the cathouseguide and explore where there are citys with a high population and low techlevel. I guess I found some in Southamerica;)

also how do you get a higher lisence level without having to pay real money?
