where and how do you get a zat weapon?

you can get ZAT in Atlantis which is a hidden city...to get there you need a Zeppelin with at least 30k gas or an Antonov with full tank of kerosene...when you get them then you'll see Atlantis on your cities list.it'll cost you about 10-12 mio.;)

the zat is amazing. if you get an old tank it will make you even stronger when you only have a level 3 license.

you cant..you need to get credits to put in your license..the higher the license the better the vehicle you can get
