I attacked a player who had head money placed on them to earn some money, but since he was weaker i lost as payback for attacking him and had to pay him money. What happened to people with head money being considered outlaws, and whats the point of attacking anyone anymore. If they are stronger I will lose, and if they are weaker I will lose as payback for attacking weak players?

I guess it depends on the difference between the stength of the attacker and the attacked. Best thing is to fight players in the same strength. Its a new rule to protect the new players.

Actually this is not a new rule.
If you three times that strong as your victom, the attacked gets help from local gangs and both players have the same strength.
This rule is to prevent players to always fight players that can not win.
This would kill the game for new players.

Ya umm this is only on earth - because i have made a friend :D in space that is level 1500 wait for me to logon to attack me.

I know i hate it too because i went to fight this guy with hydra and I have Mars and he beat me and took 125 of my hookers!?!
