Instead of the GodFather or in addition to how about Merc's? Being able to hire Mercenaries to help you when you attack brothels or other dealers. A one time thing for a price.

this could be a problem for new players if they just builded up their brothel and an advanced player with lots of money will hire a whole army just to burn down the brothel...

...maybe it works if the count of mercenaries will be limited...

Couldnt you put a level restriction on it? where as people 1) can not hire merc's until a certain level and 2) attack restriction where you can not attack anyone below a certain level.
