Raffle Rules
1. Every registered user can join the raffle
2. Winner is who has the most referral credits at 2007-12-31 - 11:59:59 PM CST
3. The winners must have a paypal account to transfer the money!
4. The winnings will be paid off at 2008-01-31!
5. If a place is occupied two times we make a decision by random!
6. The course of law is impossible
