Ok, here is the rule.
In case you loose a fight, you have to pay money to the hospital that repairs you.
Depending on how much money you have its more or less.

Here is the rule:

int means, that the programm drops everything that's smaller than 0.

What can you do to prevend this.
There are actually 2 ways users are doing
1. Hide your money in a cathouse => This is a high Risk
2. Try to buy more Drugs => This is a lower Risk

Players normaly make a mixture of this.
That means they build up several cathouses and they keep alot of there money in Drugs.

ok well i tried buying more drugs i bought around 70000 amphetamine for around 2mill and continued then around 5mins later i got jumped and the hospital took 200,000eur and it seems the more drugs i am buying the more i am getting a hospital bill for

i just have been jumped by someone who is worth 400,000eur and i had to pay the hostpial 200,000eur again for damages and im worth around 15mill

If you have less than 1.000.000 Euro on your bank ypo don't pay for hospital

If you have more you pay 0.5%
More than 10.000.000 you pay 1%
More than 100.000.000 you pay 2%
More than 1.000.000.000 you pay 4%

If you have 15.000.000 you have to pay 150.000 to the Hospital.

The sence of the buy drug trick is that you store your Money from the Bank
in Drugs.
So it's not in the Bank.
As long you don't fight with a Dealer or a cop the money ist safe there, since other players can't steel your drugs.

The Problem is that this Trick limits your cargo. Thats why somuch players use the zeppelin event if the have lisence level 20 or more. It has lots of cargo.

But one day comes the point the only way is left to prevent the Hospital costs is to open a cathouse.

So the game closes it's circle.
And cathouses are available to fight with/sell or buy bitches
The hospital money is not a bug but a way to force users open cathouses.
