i wus wondering how many liscence levels would i need to get a vehicle/plane to fly into space and if so where could i find one of these vehicles/planes?

You need lisence Level 10 for the rocket to get there and fly around.
If you are on the Moon or Mars, depending what way you are going, you need 5.000.000.000 To buy a ship you could use with lisence level 10.
If you want to buy a spacefit ship and don't have 5 mrd. You need again 5 Levels to buy the UFO Smart (Level 15).
This Ship costs only 5000 Euro.
Of cause, If you don't want to go to space again and stay on your new planet, you may buy the buggy. It requires lisence level 10 and is like the "piece of shit car" on earth.
