Sdo is the owner of the game so he's the webmaster of the forums too :) The administrators only use their acc for testing new game features and never attack other players or they have the Hunters who keep an eye on the game to make sure nobody is cheating.
Space is an expensive part of the game . everything cost much more than earth because you can make much more money there then in earth so thats the reason :D
