what is this for? i shot down a ship and i got this. last week when i tried to shoot some one down it said i couldnt cuz they were below my level, or something along those lines. did this change?

This is a system warning that you killed someone that es realy much weeker than you.
You get this if you compnent is 3 times weaker that you.
If you fire down to much of them in one day, your ship will be destroyed by the system.

How do you think that is fair in space if they did'nt want to get attacked stay at earth
