i havent been able to play for about 7 months cuz of incarceration and all my characters are gone. is there anyway i can get some of my stuff back.

Its normally that Accounts will be deleted :

after 45 days if you dont have Spent Real Cash into the game

and a bit longer if you have spent Real Cash... I am not sure but I think it was 3 months after....
